Is there anything else I should know for my first visit?

Welcome to our salon! Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get to know you and your furry babies, and make sure we give them the paw-feet services!

Can I still get my dog groomed if they’re not vaccinated?

Sorry, the answer is no; we need to wait for your pet to be fully vaccinated.

Can I get my puppy groomed?

Absolutely. We only need to wait for one week after their THIRD puppy vaccination to ensure your puppy is fully vaccinated.

We recommend that puppies start grooming when they are at least 14 weeks old (3.5 months).

What if my pet is really matted?

Our professional team will assess the condition of your pet’s coat and recommend the best service; additional fees will apply, which we will always discuss with you before proceeding, so that you are fully informed and comfortable with the plan.

Can I get my female dog groomed while in heat / on her period?

We’re sorry, but we’ll need to wait until she has completed her heat cycle. When a dog is in heat, it can excite the male dogs in the salon and cause unnecessary stress or behavioral issues. She may also feel uncomfortable during this time.

What if my dog bites?

Please let us know if your dog has a history of biting or exhibits aggression. In some cases, our groomers may decline to perform a groom if they believe it poses a risk to their or your pet’s safety. It’s best to book for another time.

What if my dog is really nervous?

Our experienced groomers are trained to work with nervous dogs and will take extra care to make your furry baby feel comfortable and relaxed.

Please let us know about your dog’s nervousness when booking, so we can prepare and provide the best possible care.

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming session?

We don’t recommend this because it would excite your pet and disrupt the grooming process, potentially causing unnecessary harm. However, because our entire wall is glass, you can always see in from the outside.

Can I drop my dog off earlier than my appointment time?

You’re welcome to drop off your pet 15-30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.

Please note that we won’t be able to start grooming until the scheduled time.
